Costal Trail Marin Headlands

If you find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn't lead anywhere!

The Coastal Trail has most scenic natural and man-made landscapes (the Goden Gate Bridge) of the Marin Headlands and the Pacific Ocean.

Informations

This is a strenous hike because of the elevation but it worth it! We started our hike at Fort Cronkhite (Rodeo beach). This beach is just three miles northwest of the Golden Gate Bridge. The trail is mostly along the beach for the first half (to Tennessee Valley), but from there the views are inland and the trial is steep!

At Tennessee Valley Trail intersection I had beautiful view of Tennessee beach, I appreciate to be seat on the beach when we go back. Tannesse beach it's wonderful, I want to go back again ;)

We had our lunch at Muir Beach, there were many people on the beach as expected since it was the Labor Day

/!\ We saw a coyote, it was so close to us and not at all afraid! I was not afraid too, and happy to see one!
